Designed by Paul Smărăndescu between 1923 and 1924, Palatul Letea occupies one of the most considered addresses in central Bucharest — two minutes from Calea Victoriei, within walking distance of the Universitate metro station and the Historic Center. Sky Invest acquired and undertook a comprehensive consolidation and restoration of the property — strictly observing heritage protection norms while adapting the building to contemporary commercial standards.
