Millo 7

Designed by Paul Smărăndescu between 1923 and 1924, Millo 7 occupies one of the most considered addresses in central Bucharest — two minutes from Calea Victoriei, within walking distance of the Universitate metro station and the Historic Center. The building is part of the architectural fabric of the city, not an addition to it.

Sky Invest acquired and undertook a comprehensive consolidation and restoration of the property — strictly observing heritage protection norms while adapting the building to contemporary commercial standards.
