Heritage restoration · Bucharest Historic Center
Designed by Paul Smărăndescu between 1923 and 1924, Millo 7 occupies one of the most considered addresses in central Bucharest — two minutes from Calea Victoriei, within walking distance of the Universitate metro station and the Historic Center. The building is part of the architectural fabric of the city, not an addition to it.
Sky Invest acquired and undertook a comprehensive consolidation and restoration of the property — strictly observing heritage protection norms while adapting the building to contemporary commercial standards. The result is a space that functions with full modern utility while remaining architecturally honest.
The connection between Millo 7 and Universul Palace — both designed by Smărăndescu — is not incidental. It reflects a consistent approach to the urban context of central Bucharest: buildings that belong where they stand.
